Calderfields Golf Academy initially approached Beacon to re-equip their kitchen as part of a larger development to offer an enhanced Sunday lunch and wedding package.
After a detailed assessment of future requirements and existing operational capability, Beacon proposed a design and build package encompassing a major re-provisioning of kitchen, bar and food service facilities
This pro-active and solution based approach led to Beacon being engaged to consult on all elements of the Club House re-design as well as taking responsibility for project managing the installation of new kitchen, bar and food service facilities including the sourcing of all equipment fixtures and fittings.
The outcome is a facility that is absolutely fit for purpose. Calderfields has achieved its objectives of being a highly popular Sunday lunch destination and is also fully booked for wedding receptions and party functions well into the future.
